The Dean Dimebag Dime From Hell Guitar pays homage to legendary Pantera guitarist Dimebag Darrell with his unique specifications such as Mahoggany body and set-in neck with resonant "V" profile. Also incorporating a Floyd Rose Special tremolo, Bill Lawrence XL500 and DMT Design humbuckers, Grover tuners and fierce Dean From Hell graphic finish the Dean Dime From Hell is the ultimate metal guitar, ideal for Dimebag fans. Mahoggany Body & NeckFeaturing a solid Mahoggany body with Set-in Mahoggany neck the Dimebag ML provides a warm and balanced tone with plenty of resonance and sustain due to the high contact nature of the set-in neck. Also delivering plenty of bite and depth the ML shape Mahoggany body is finished in a classic black lacquer finish which compliments the detailed tone.Bill Lawrence XL500 Bridge PickupThe Bill Lawrence XL500 humbucking pickup is fitted in the bridge position to provide the signature tone Dimebag Darrell used back in 1991. Loaded with ceramic magnets to produce a high output and thunderous tone, the XL500 humbucker can be heard on many famous Pantera tracks and is perfect for both sharp lead tones and chunky rhythm playing.DMT Design Neck PickupLoaded with a DMT Designed humbucking pickup in the neck position the Dean Dimebag ML delivers a raw and punchy tone with plenty of bottom end and screaming highs. Perfect for a range of hard rock and metal styles the DMT Design humbucker particularly excel when used for fierce lead licks and warm cleans.Floyd Rose Special TremoloFor many years Floyd Rose has been the leading manufacturer and designer of floating, locking tremolos. With a design that has stood strong for over 30 years the Floyd Rose locking tremolo allows you to adjust the string tension and pitch with the removable whammy bar to create unique sounds such as dive bombs. Unlike non-locking tremolo's the Floyd Rose bridge can make huge changes in pitch but still retain the initial tuning by the addition of a locking nut at the end of the headstock.About Dimebag DarrellBorn in 1966, Dimebag Darrell (Darrell Lance Abbott) is best known for his song writing and performing in the iconic metal band Pantera. With an extremely unique playing style and signature tone Dimebag fast became a rising star in the metal world and gained an endorsement with Dean Guitars in the 1980s. Having co-designed the now legendary Dean Razorback just months before his death in 2004 Dimebag Darrell has forever earned his place in metal history with his unique playing style and range of impressive guitar finishes.SpecificationsBody & BridgeBody: MahogganyConstruction: Set-InFinish: Dean From Hell CFH GraphicBridge: Floyd Rose Special TremoloNeck & FingerboardNeck: MahogganyNeck Profile: VFretboard: RosewoodFrets: 22Inlays: Pearl DotScale Length: 24.75"Nut: LockingHardware & ElectronicsControls: 2 x Volume, 1 x Tone, 3-Way Toggle SwitchBridge Pickup: Bill Lawrence XL500 HumbuckerNeck Pickup: DMT Design HumbuckerKnobs: DBD TractionTuners: GroverHardware: Black
