Guitar is in absolutely fantastic shape. The face, back, neck and headstock are flawless. Not a scratch on them. There are a few minor dings on the side edges of the guitar. These are not major in any way...just normal play wear.I have given the guitar a fresh set up that includes: Truss rod adjustment, tremolo adjustment, string height adjustment, intonation set, fret polish, fingerboard moisturize, hardware tighten and body polish. I have installed new 10-46 gauge strings.The action is super, super low and really fast with no buzzing at all. No dead frets. No noise in the electronics. Everything works just as it should.I love the build quality on these Ibanez guitars. This one is special though...it really seems to capture that "chimey" Stratocaster sound in the notch positions more than any other Ibanez I have had. The guitar has great looks, great sound and great playability.The poplar burl top is a feast for your eyes; the HSH pickup complement produces a tonal feast for your ears.The S770PB is part of Ibanez's cutting-edge S Series which continues to be a marvel of form and function. Its signature body shape - sculpted, lightweight, and mahogany - is stronger and more musically responsive than guitars weighing twice as much. The S Series is still a rock 'n' roll version of a quick, graceful, and potentially lethal weapon. It has a WIzard III maple neck, Ibanez's thin, flat, and fast, yet strong and sturdy neck which offers unlimited playability for demanding players and features a two-octave 24-fret fretboard for wide tonal range.
