Purchased this baby about 2 years ago from a very credible vintage guitar store in Texas. From what I was told, this was a 1 owner guitar before me and as far as he could tell from looking at the guitar everything was original. I've taken several pictures of the serial numbers and insides for proof. The guitar just had a full look over at the local Guitar Center to make sure everything is set up properly and the innotation/action was correct. It was also freshly restrung. The guitar plays very smooth, and sounds fantastic. I know CBS Strats can be hit or miss, but this one is a home run. I've played dozen's of Strats and nothing feels quite as smooth playing as this one. The guitar has several dings/scratches/missing paint as shown in the pictures, this is a real player's guitar. The guitar's tone and volume pots work, as well as the 5-way pickup selector switch. She weighs in at 8 pounds and 14 ounces; definitely some weight but we all know that translates to monster tone. Includes original case, paper work, back cover and hardware. Any questions, just ask! As I get more questions, I will update the listing with more info.
