2006 Dean USA Flying V for sale. This guitar is in like new condition except for one flaw, it has a hairline crack on the back of the neck under the high E string. The crack occurred at the Dean factory, and is a factory repair. The minor crack is on one side only, and does not go all the way through. It measures approx. one and one eighth inch. It's not too obvious, and you can't feel it with your hand while playing. (It is for this reason I'm not asking $3K for it...)So, if you're still with me, it is my understanding this guitar was originally intended to be a Michael Schenker Signature model. It has all the details of the Schenker model from the binding, abalone inlays, and volume/tone knob configuration. It has a very nice V shaped neck profile that is a joy to play. It's all stock, no alterations. It has all the quality you would expect from an American made Dean, and includes Dean Zelinsky's signature on the back of the headstock. There are no dents or dings on the body of the guitar, it's in beautiful shape with very little play wear. It comes with the original Dean case.
