I have owned this guitar for 40+ years and it still plays as great as the day I bought it. The production # dates it between late 1973 to early 1976. I have never removed the neck to see the actual date. The pickups are the "Texas Special Strat Pickups" but I still have the original pickups that the guitar came with and they will of course come with it.
