(note: I have all the Covers and Parts - photos were taken as i was going through the guitar)speaking with Washburn Directly, they made very few of the NX6 with a factory schaller (german made) floyd rose but the fact it has MOP Dots and the direct mount pickups makes it very rare for a NX6.I found a picture of another 2001 Paduk NX6 with a floyd that looks almost the same but doesn't have direct mount pickups. A guitar player named the Flyn Hawaiian (who is also a Washburn sponsored guitar player) He mentioned getting the guitar in 2001 from washburn and calls it a NX6.However when speaking with Washburn they also mentioned that it could be a N4 Nuno Bettencourt with a regular headstock ordered which I guess was a $100 option at that time. I'm not an expert on washburns but most of what i've found points to a NX6.Maybe someone can get them to search for info off the serial number. I pretty sure they just looked at my photos.Condition...
The guitar plays like a pros guitar, it's has been completely gone through and is setup for 10's (plus frets have been polished). I received this guitar on trade from a player that is involved in a few really good Death Metal Bands. This guitar was used in the studio and onstage by him for a period of time - maybe 4 years.i asked him what it was after no luck searching NX6, and he said Shadows Fall - Joe Donais.
