Near Mint Condition!
Slides Perfect! Offered is a beautiful vintage Conn 12H tenor trombone. Dates from c.1941 during the heyday of band instrument manufacture in the USA. Serial number 340784. The Bore is a # 2 1/2 which measures .04844".
The condition is excellnt with only a couple of tiny dings and about 95% of the lacquer intact. No visible wear on the slides and the feel is smooth and free. Copper (Coprion) bell and nickel slides and trim. Rare to find in this condition!
If you are familiar with vintage Conn horns then you already know that the tone is amazing! One of the most resonant trombones we've ever played here in the store. And the sound is sweet and colorful.
