I am offering a Bach C trumpet with a 229 bell. Both the bell and leadpipe are Bach Chicago items that I had installed on the trumpet by my brass tech. The bell was raw brass and the leadpipe was silver plated, but this was polished off in some places so that the trumpet resembles a Bach C trumpet that would have been supplied initially in lacquer. Some of the lacquer on this trumpet remains, but some parts are just raw brass. The valves and slides are excellent and the valves function well using Hetmans no. 1 oil. The trumpet sounds a lot like a Bach Chicago trumpet. I will include the Bach case that is shown.
