You are looking at a lovelly Yamaha YCR-6635 Maestro Bb Cornet. This instrument is a pro level instrument and after the Besson Soveriegn is probably the most populat cornet used in brass banding today, This model has now been replaced by the YCR-8330 Xeno/Neo which means 2nd hand examples of this instrument offer great value for money on the 2nd hand market selling for under the £1000 mark. This instrument is in excellent condition with NO dents, NO dings, NO rot, No corrosion and NO signs of any repairs. We have yet to clean and service this instrument but it will be serviced and cleaned before dispatch and will polish up to look like a new instrument. The instrument is in a silver plate finish which is in great condition, with no dents, no pitting, no corrosion, no patches of wear, no large scratches.The instrument looks like it has been very carefully looked after by its previous owner and has had little use, just look at the photos which show how good the finish is (remember it will serviced and cleaned before dispatch). The triggers/slides/valves all have a good action (as they should) Supplied in an upgraded Yamaha case (supplied in a Xeno case). A new Yamaha pro cornet will cost around £2000, so be quick on this quality instrument, in great condition and with a realistic Buy It Now or best Offer option.
