This listing is for a Used-Vintage 1978-1980 Fender Stratocaster Electric Guitar. This guitar was made in the USA by Fender between 1978 and 1980. The guitar is a great player but has many changed parts so please read the full description and email with questions. The neck, body and pickguard all have different Fender serial numbers and the guitar also has a good amount of non original, non Fender parts. The neck serial number is from 1979 and the body and pickguard have different 1978 serial numbers. All the electronics have been changed so the pickups and pots are not original. There are some extra holes in the neck from a locking nut which has been removed and some extra holes in the body as well. The guitar is great player and has been professionally Set Up. The neck is straight and the action is low and comfortable. The frets show a lot of wear but the guitar is still playing very well. The guitar shows heavy play wear on the body and neck including nicks, dings and scratches. The guitar weighs 9 LBS & 15 ounces. As best I can tell the non original parts are knobs, tuners, saddles, pickups, pots and as I said before the other parts are from different late 1970's Fender Stratocasters. Please look closely at the pictures and email with questions. The guitar comes with a gig bag and will be expertly packed for safe shipping. I am happy to ship internationally but will not falsify customs documents.
