Ardival Dupplin harp handmade in Strathpeffer, Scotland.  The Dupplin has been replaced by the Kentigern, which is very similar in size and sound, just a more curved shape. Like the Kentigern, the Dupplin has 23 strings, C-D, has a hollowed out soundbox of lime wood, and arm and pillar of sycamore. This harp was just re-strung with all new gut strings ($500 value) from Gamut. Width across soundbox at base: 6.25 inches; at top: 3.75 inches Depth of soundbox: 2.5 inches Length of soundbox (string arm to pillar): 29 inches Overall height: 31.5 inches It is in excellent condition with a few nicks here and there, nothing major. The sound of this harp will transport you to another era. I am selling it because back problems make it uncomfortable to play a harp of this size.  These harps are hard to find, especially in the US.
