Straight design alto flute, silver plated headjoint with sterling silver lip plate, silver plated head and body, and pointed key arms. Great headjoint cut, good pads, and this alto is in play ready condition.
The Pearl Alto flute is the only Alto flute on the market to have Pearl's world renowned Pinless mechanism and One-Piece Core-Bar construction. In addition, the hand position is very comfortable, and the headjoint is very responsive with excellent projection. The dependable mechanism is complimented by Pearl's devotion to exact intonation, wide dynamic spectrum and tonal flexibility. I'm thankful I purchased this flute before Pearl's quality slippage on the less expensive flute models.
