Own a piece of history. I am only aware of two others like this in existence. The electronics work and it is playable. While this has seven tuners you'll notice it only has six strings and apparently this was by design. Gretsch apparently started mass marketing these in 1940. This is either a 1936 or 1939 vintage instrument per 2 collectors that have seen the guitar.
