Guitars from Custom Guitar Works are covered by a one year warranty covering manufacturing defects only. Normal wear and tear, damage due to abuse, and accidental breakage are not covered. To claim warranty the buyer must first contact us for an ROG number. The buyer then must return the item to us along with the ROG number at the buyer’s expense. Goods found to be eligible for a warranty claim will, at our discretion, be either repaired, replaced or refunded. Repaired or replaced items will then be shipped back to the buyer free of charge. Refunds will be sent via bank deposit or cheque. If we determine a returned item to be ineligible for a warranty claim, the buyer will be responsible for all return shipping fees.
