Up for sale is an absolute beauty in perfect condition Gibson Les Paul Carved Hot Rod Flames from Custom Shop USA. The guitar does not have one flaw. In 2003 Gibson Custom Shop division came up with unique idea to built the guitar that would surpass any previous models. They did the hell of a job. First and most obvious - the guitar has carved flames on maple cap, painted in flip-flop color that looks absolutely stunning. The guitar has long tenon that puts it in desirable category among players and collectors alike. Sound-wise it will be hard to find something that could stand up to it. And that's mostly thanks to unique chambering system. From mid 80's Gibson used 9 holes system on all of it's LP instruments. On this one they offered different shape of holes, that added great deal of brightness and richness to the sound. The guitar sounds very pleasing acoustically when unplugged. Plug her in and you'll hear clear sound that is rich in harmonics and, when overdriven, it's very beefy with high clarity in chords. All in all, Gibson hit the right spot with this one. There is not many of them out there and I do not think there will be any more produced. So here is your chance to own something that will be the jewel of your collection. Although I specified it USED, but in reality this guitar is in almost perfect condition with slight signs of handling, no scratches, dings, cracks and such. The guitar was the part of the collection and had a fret change, because the factory ones were not as perfect as could be. It now has highest quality Jescar frets with an absolutely superb job. The guitar is setup with fresh strings and is ready to play.
