An amazing amp. Relatively few were made so they're hard to find and owners tend to keep them. As a result, prices are rising for these amps as they become collector classics. Andy Marshall created this amp for the ages. If you're not fully up on the Flexi-50, you will find manuals, specs, reviews, and sample playing clips at the THD site: (Ebay doesn't let me put the link here but it's easy to find with a search of thdelectronics or flexi50.) Check out the clips. The amp speaks for itself.The THD site tells you everything, so I'm not going to repeat all of that here, but I'll simply say this amp covers an amazing range of tones and feel - as the ad says: English overdrive, California clean, and Texas punch. A great feature is the power range switch that selects between a warmer 20w output that is perfect for small venues and studios, while the 50w output setting lets the beast roar. Swapping tubes is easy and expands the range of tone and feel from this amp. This package comes with three sets of lightly-used output tube pairs (JJ KT66, KT88EH, and EL34) to give you three great options to start with. Preamp tubes are also swappable. The package includes 6 preamp tubes: a 5751, ECC83s, and ECC803s (my favorite selections), in addition to a GT12AT7, Sovtek 7025, and 12AY7EH. All bring excellent tone options for this amp.Everything is in perfect working order. The stock dual foot-pedal is included. An indent on the rear left chassis corner (see photo) is the only thing that isn't "perfect" - it's cosmetic - it doesn't affect operation at all and is covered by the cage. One of the photos shows this amp with a custom cab with reverb FX unit designed for this amp (also for sale separately).
