This is an original vintage RCA model 77 ribbon microphone with original RCA desk stand. Based on some quick research I believe it is a 77D. Mic has been used but is in very good condition with normal wear and patina. The screen on the upper part of the mike has some dents but there are no cracks or breaks. Cable has some black tape and shows some deterioration. XLR connector has some damage but works (and is easily replaced). It also has the small selector on the bottom (M, V1, V2). Mic has been tested and is working. Original vintage desk stand is also in very good condition. This mic is from the estate of Joe Whippler (aka Dick Terry) who was a broadcaster, radio host (Bandstand USA), voice over artist (Tootsie roll pops), actor, teacher and announcer/speech school owner and operator.
