Vintage 1970s Fender Stratocaster Maple Neck

Up for sale is this hard to find maple neck from a 1979 Stratocaster. It still plays great and has NO issues.
THE SPECS:
* Thick Maple D-profile neck with maple fretboard
* Bullet truss rod adjuster at the headstock
* 21 Medium frets
* 25.5” scale length
* 7.25" neck radius
* 1+ 5/8" (40.4 mm) wide nut
* Neck depth of 23.1 mm @ fret 2 and 24.4 mm @ fret 12
* Neck end width is 2 + 3/16" (55.3 mm)
* Tuner hole diameter: 10 mm
* Micro-tilt 3-bolt neck mount system

Excellent. This is a thicker, kind-of-chunky neck with a solid feel to it - call it a fat "C" or a "D" profile. Wear is very light overall on the neck. Fret wear is so light that there's not even a single real divot on the lower frets - see the pictures! There is no lacquer wear anywhere. The only ding on the back of the neck is on the treble side, WAY out of playing range and irrelevant. The neck is straight and true.
Moving to the headstock: There is a ding at the very top - it's hard to find a vintage neck without this type of wear. The original nut is in excellent shape ,and the classic 70s Fender logo is entirely intact. The headstock's serial number has been edited out for this listing to keep scammers away, but is present in its entirety on the headstock. I don't usually include the bushings from the original Fender/Schaller "F" logo tuners, but these wouldn't budge from the neck and I won't force them. Take a look at my competition's listings to see the damage that results when you force bushings out of necks, ha-ha! See my other listings for the neck's original tuners and string trees.
I've dealt with quite a few 1970s Strat necks, and many have problems with their truss rods. Not this neck! The truss rod is little tight but it does turn both ways. This is VERY important on an old neck, and the vast majority of ebay sellers don't even check the truss rod. I ALWAYS check, and I know what the heck I'm doing! Those other guys, well....

It's not easy to see when you cruise a listing, but I go through a lot of trouble to honestly describe and picture my items in ebay to (hopefully) make returns unnecessary.
Here's my reasonable return and refund policy:

* Items that shipped for "free" will have the actual shipping cost subtracted from their refund.
