Beautiful example of a 1968 ES 335 in near mint condition. Includes case which is also in great condition. I bought this in 1994 from Southworth Guitars in Bethesda Maryland and it was sold to me as all original. I also had it appraised about ten years ago by Gruhn guitars in Nashville and it was appraised at $4500 at that time. Serial # 960523. As is typical of these 335s, the back is faded to a more golden color. The body is 16" wide double cutaway thin semi-hollow constructed of laminated maple, mahogany neck, Brazilian rosewood fingerboard with white binding and pearloid block inlays. The peghead has the Gibson and crown shape inlay, Kluson Deluxe tuners. Two humbucking pickups, tune-o-matic bridge, trapeze tailpiece, chrome plated metal hardware, white binding on the top and back edges of the body and black beveled edge laminated pickguard. Truly a classic iconic Gibson at almost 50 years old. Please note - shipping costs will be calculated when location of the buyer is determined and will be actual costs with no markups.
