What makes this guitar special: Never sold to the public! This near-mint piece was purchased as part of a collection of new old stock pieces, and has never been publicly owned. It comes with the original hard shell case and will even be delivered in the original shipping box. This particular piece features a gorgeous maple top with some lovely variegation in the woodgrain, and a super comfortable neck profile, for hours of effortless playing. It’s been professionally setup and inspected by our expert in house luthier, and will arrive ready to play out of the case. Cosmetic condition: Near mint condition, with only some light marks from handling, and some surface and pickwear scratching visible under particular lighting.Body: Solid mahogany body with bound maple cap in light burst finish. Nashville Tune-O-Matic bridge and chrome stopbar tailpiece.Weight: 9 lb, 9.4 ozNeck: Medium profile mahogany neck with black side dots and pearl trapezoid inlays. 1 11/16” nut width, 24 3/4" scale length. Double bound rosewood fingerboard is in terrific shape, and frets show no visible wear. Two-stripe Gibson Deluxe tuners function perfectly. Neck is straight and truss rod functions as it should.Electronics: Dual ’57 Classic humbuckers with 3-way pickup selector switch and gold speed knobs, 2x tone, 2x volume.Case: Original hard shell case included.
