For Sale Fixed Price Plus Shipping US 48 States ONLYYamaha Pre-Yess Recording Custom drum KitSizes are:10 x 12 rack tom id# TT-912F NP-2571 Black interior14 x 14 floor tom id# FT-914RC OX-2902 Red interior16 x 22 bass drum id# BD-922RF OZ-4696 Black interiorTHESE DRUMS WERE REPAINTED! I bought them this way and don't know who did the painting. They must have been done fairly recently because the paint does look almost new, and were painted to match the newly available Surf Green color Yamaha Recording Customs made in China. I don't know what the colors were before being repainted. I can see, however, that the drums had some scuffs to the original lacquer. Overall the paint job looks really good, even up close considering these drums are probably 20 years old or more. Some of the chrome has light pitting and/or scratches. The bass drum hoops were replaced with wood/green inlay, and I don't know what brand or material they are. Also, one side of the claws are another brand and one side are original Yamaha.Bearing edges are all perfect and sound amazing as Recording Customs should...especially with the Yamaha Vintage Hoops on both sides of the toms...as well as the almost new heads on both sides of the toms. The resonance is incredible! The Vintage Wood Hoops are super clean with no damage I can see at all. I do have and will include the original chrome hoops which are also in good shape. The Yamaha Tour Master cases are all good with no tears or broken zippers. The bass drum case does have one broken strap.I bought this kit to use for upscale gigs with the Surf and Oldies band I was with for over 2 years. I added the Yamaha Hex Rack, Yamaha Vintage Wood Hoops, Yamaha Tour Master cases, and brand new Remo Pinstripe batters/Ambassador Clear resonant heads and the band split up after using this kit for one gig. I LOVE this kit especially with all the goodies. BUT, I have 2 other kits and am not in a band. So with as GREAT as this kit is and as much cash as I have tied up in it I would rather pass it on. I will consider selling SOME pieces of the bundle separately if you want to make an offer. I will NOT sell the cases separately. If someone wants the drums without the cases I will be keeping the cases for my other drums. The case sizes match the drums(bass drum case will take a larger bass drum) so I am making them available for these drums only.Seperate prices are...
