I am selling this for a buddy who has hit hard financial times, but I know the guitar, since I bought the parts and put it together for him.In short it is a USA Fender Stratocaster Deluxe with an EVH Frankenstein pickup. The body is a fairly recent USA strat deluxe. The color is factory Fiesta Red. You could research when Fender released the USA Deluxe in Fiesta Red. It was a limited run. Very good condition. One small scuff mark in the clear coat which could probably be buffed out. I could not find any dings, dents or chips. The trem is Fender American two point with screw in arm. Arm is included. The neck is Fender American Deluxe. Serial number is DZ7284945. Non-standard locking tuners. It has the fancy abalone shell dots. Neck has been refretted with Jescar EVO Gold frets. Pro job and simply the best frets I have ever felt. Bends are effortless. Frets will not wear down. Neck is straight and truss rod works fine. Comfortable "C" shape. Great condition - no dings or dents.EVH Frankenstein humbucker at the bridge. Low friction volume knob 500k. Custom ordered black single cut out pickguard.Nice G&G black tolex covered hard case.It is a nice guitar and would probably part out for more than it will sell for, but I don't want to screw around with it and it is cool in its current configuration.
