Up for auction is a Yamaha YTS-62 tenor saxophone in great playing and cosmetic (but used) condition. I have owned it for about 15 years, and it has only been played at home and in professional settings by careful musicians. The serial number is 013462 and is older than Yamaha keeps record. The person I bought it from said it is from 1989, and the repairman at a renowned woodwind & brass shop was certain it is a Purple Logo version with the purple logo removed on the bell, but still on the G1 neck (see pictures). There is a dent on the underside of the horn and some scratches near where the neck strap attaches, but is in overall good condition (see pictures). Comes with the horn, G1 neck, Beechler 7 mouthpiece (loud and bright), P.Mauriat hardshell gig bag, Neotech harness, La Voz neck strap, pad guard, brush, cork grease, and a soft case for storing the neck inside the bell of the saxophone if one should choose to do so (the gig bag also has a place for the neck).
