Fender Mustang, ‘65, California Blue, 1994, “V” Neck, INCREDIBLY RARE --- FREE DELIVERY AUSTRALIA WIDE --- 1993-94, Made In Japan, “S” serial Highly sort after FujiGen production Hard to find California Blue finish This colour looks incredible in person. The photos do not do it justice. It has ever so slightly aged to give it the smallest amount of surf/sea foam green shade. Currently it looks almost identical to the fading you would see on an original 1960’s, sonic blue, nitrocellulose finish. Fitted with a three ply white pearl pickguard The ’69 reissues are awesome, but they are a dime a dozen. This ’66 reissue is very unique and quite possibly a “made to order” custom factory job (unfortunately there are no neck pocket on neck stampings). Aside from the little things that make the ’66 - slab body, white tip tuners, and the closer spaced-larger saddled mustang bridge - this particular guitar has a “V” profile neck! This is unheard of on a Mustang. Generally all Fender JPN Mustang models will be a shallow “C”, standard “C” or as they are catalogue named “Oval Type” profiles. This type of V profile on the 22.5” short scale neck make is incredibly fast to play and extremely comfortable. Amazing for smaller hand players! This particular Mustang is in near MINT condition For over 20+ years of play this is a rare treat 7.25” board, vintage frets, 22.5” scale Maple neck, rosewood fretboard Between the V neck profile and the way this colour has aged this particular Mustang is as close as you will find for a one of a kind, and truly unique, factory production Includes the original Fender gig case and tremolo arm ITEM CONDITION All machinery, electrical, and pickups are perfect. Aesthetically – NEAR MINT CONDITION. Some very light surface marks, if there are any – incredibly tiny impressions/pimples - as pictured. --- FREE DELIVERY AUSTRALIA WIDE --- PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE BELOW CONDITIONS.
