Here is an amp that is sure to get your attention if you are in the market for a vintage style Princeton Reverb. This amp started out as a '68 Princeton Reverb re-issue. The factory cabinet was replaced with an upgraded Mather cabinet to include a 12 inch speaker baffle (see Mather website for construction details). The amp was then shipped to Vintage Sound Amps where it was converted to a point-to-point wired vintage blackface AA1164 circuit. The conversion included the installation of a mid tone control (which is located on the right side of the back panel), plus easy to access bias points, also located on the back panel. Visit the Vintage Sound Amps website and view the Vintage 15 model. It comes equipped with an Eminence Patriot Canis Major 12 inch ALNICO speaker, and NOS tubes to include a matched pair of NOS JAN Phillips 6V6GT power tubes and a Telefunken GZ34 rectifier. The result is just a little monster of a Princeton Reverb. The added mid tone control and the 12 inch speaker give this amp more tonal range than a stock vintage Princeton. It has seen very little use in my smoke free home - the speaker isn't even broken in yet. Includes a black canvas cover with embroidered Fender logo.  This amp is just an outstanding value at the opening bid price. What are you waiting for? I've done all of the work for you in assembling this awesome Princeton. You just won't find one better. Shipping fee is stated at $65. I will only charge the actual cost up to this amount. If the shipping is less I will refund the difference. Check my feedback and bid with confidence!  Auction open only to bidders within the continental US.
