2015 USA GIBSON MIDTOWN STANDARD IN EBONY BLACK....  This is the 2015 model. Like new condition. Only had a few hours of gig playing. Minor signs of use, sounds and plays great. (Check out the reviews on these guitars) If you like 335's or Les Paul's this is the guitar for you. I feel it's closer to a Les Paul due to it being for the most part a solid body. Good weight plus the body is smaller than a 335...very comfortable to play...Yes Maple Top!!!!   Comes with all original paperwork and original fitted Gibson Hardcase. This is a USA Limited Run 2015 Gibson Midtown Standard with Grover Tuners and slim 60's profile neck >>Real Rosewood Fingerboard<< not that composite material Gibson toyed around with on some of the Midtowns. The Pickups have been upgraded to Seymour Duncan "59" Neck and Seymour Duncan "Pearly Gates" Bridge. A significant improvement over those Gibson Burstbuckers which sounded a bit lifeless and weak. The Duncan's Rock For Sure!!!! Also both tone caps have been upgraded to-K40N-2a russian vintage paper in oil 0.022uf (big firm low end now and def cleans up harsh high end frequencies) ..Graph Tech self lubricating nut..This is a players guitar...It needs to be played!!!....The stock Gibson's will not sound as good as this one...I've compared this one to new stock Les Paul's and a stock Midtown...big difference!!!!PREFER PICKUP...WILL KNOCK OFF £25 POSTAGE FEE..WILLING TO MEET AND OR DROP OFF AT A REASONABLE DISTANCE ...MESSAGE ME FOR ANY QUESTIONS
