Up for sale is a very fine original antique Otto A. Hoyer violin bow.Its an early example made by hand in Germany and is marked on the wooden stick above the frog.the frog has mother of pearl eyelets and slide with silver mounted ferrule.its silver and ebony end screw also has inlaid mother of pearl at the tip.the piece has been played and is in nice non restored/ non cleaned condition.it has acquired a patina on the thumb grip, lapping, and ferrule showing nice signs of use.the carved stick has a nice cherry color with a carved bone head plate.it measures 29 5/8 inches long, weighs 57 grams, and in nice used condition.there is some discoloration and ware to the lapping.Thank you for visiting "Dusty Treasures " and please feel free to browse through my online ebay store where you can find several more wonderful items similar to this.Insurance will be put on all items that cost over $40 before shipping cost.
