Rare 60s or early 70s John Birch J1 Guitar. Late 60s or early 70s John Birch J1 which has been taken back to a nice natural finish. Quite popular to do that in the 70s apparently! Pickup are hyperflux and biflux which sound awesome. Guitar has had a full professional set up by a guitar tech who set the 11 position rotary switch for a varitone type switching. All original (to my knowledge) except the 3 way switch, couple of screws and some wiring (original switch which works and wiring included). JB guitars were top of the range hand build instruments which were very popular in the 70s and use by many top 10 bands. In fact the JB's were the ones in the glass case not the Fender's and Gibson's! Becoming quite sort after nowadays. This really is a great gigging guitar with 24 fret access and you wont be disappointed.
