For sale is a late-1940’s King 2B Liberty tenor trombone, made by the H.N. White Company in Cleveland, Ohio. The serial number (286XXX) places it at 1947-48.This is a solid, good-playing horn that shows appropriate wear for its age. No major dents or dings, but normal wear and tear.No visible wear on the inner slide tubes. The slide was just professionally aligned and is very playable.  It has the classic 2B sound and responsiveness, and has lots of punch when you give it a little gas. It is a player's horn.Comes in a non-original aftermarket case that’s in excellent shape and plenty protective.
