I got the following info from a search on an online Gibson guitar site.Made at the Nashville Plant in Tennessee in the US of A on June 16th, 1996. The Product Number: 249There are no breaks, cracks, or repairs anywhere. The frets are in great shape with very little wear, and tons of life left. The neck and body are free from any dings. I don't count micro abrasions that show in the pictures.You don't see these for sale too often. A SOLID, rock guitar in black finish (even more scarce). All American-made, Nashville Plant, TN, USA on June 16th, 1996.1996 Gibson SG1 is in excellent conditiom, perfect playing order, and is all original.Solid mahogany body, set mahogany neck. This straight up rock 'n' roll guitar is equipped with a single bridge pickup, with a master volume and tone control, and a coil tap switch.Has a 1 11/16" nut width, 24 3/4" scale length, and weighs 6 pounds 13 ounces. One piece mahogany neck with dot-inlayed, rosewood fret-board (24 frets). Single humbucker PUPComes in a nylon gig bag that's in good shape.
