Do not wait for 3 years or more for a Todd Krause Masterbuilt Strat!Here is it, now:-The body is Ultra Select Solid Swamp Ash, finished in the same way Leo Fender finished his strats in 1955- a light coat of CUSTOM (unique) metallic British Racing Green nitrocellulose that is lightly relic'd.-The neck is a single slab of super select hand-picked quarter sawn maple, hand made by Todd and of course, so signed. This is NOT a Custom Shop Guitar, it is NOT team built, it is Masterbuilt by Todd, through and through. The neck is compound radius'd and starts at the nut at 7.25" and runs down to a flatter 12". With no wear 6105 frets, the neck is incredibly smooth, silky and obviously has very easy vibrato and bending. It plays like butter, Masterbuilt butter!-The Electrics: The 3 Custom hand-wound '50's pickups are each wound and signed by Abby Ybarra, Fender's wizard of pickups. The 5 way switch works along with the S-1 switch on the Volume Knob- you get 10 incredible sounds through both traditional selection as well as the capability to crank all 3 at the same time, a super add-on on this incredible music machine.-The "Crash" Pickguard: is a two-piece guard (like Eric Clapton's personal ones and similar to the 50 Clapton Crash Guitars made in 2005- so named for John "Crash" Matos, a NYC Street Artist EC got to paint his personal Strat) which allows you to remove the neck with no effort in taking apart the knobs and underlying electronics. This pick guard, if you prefer, is easily replaceable with most Strat pick guards of your choice.-Present condition: This strat is in Excellent Condition. My luthier just completed a complete adjustment and has it dialed in. Ready to go. Looking good. Mighty Fine!-Comes with: Original tweed hard case, Certificate of Authenticity (COA), trem arm, bridge cover, 5 bridge springs, allen key to adjust bridge string height, and original Todd Krause Masterbuilt Order.I attach several pictures, please feel free to ask questions.
