It is lightly stamped "used" on the back of the headstock. This designation means the guitar has a minor cosmetic blemish. It is a completely playable instrument with no sacrifice of tone, structure, or playability. This particular guitar has a few white specks in the finish on the top and a couple of imperfections on the edges of the headstock. I have included close-up photos. Aside from what I have described, this guitar is in flawless condition! It still even has the factory plastic films over the tuning machine housings and the tuner display on the preamp.This Ovation has a beautiful ebony fretboard on a straight 5-piece mahogany/maple neck. It has received a professional setup and the action is nice and low without any buzz.OP-Pro Studio Preamp: The OP-Pro Studio combines state-of-the-art audio quality with exclusive features designed to meet the needs of professional guitarists.
