Godin MultiAC Steel String Guitar Model Year-2000 – Offered By PapaGuitarsThis is a Godin MultiAC, Right Hand Steel String Guitar, S/N: 00374471, that was manufactured in 2000. Godin classifies it as a semi-hollow body Electric guitar. It’s a Candy Apple Red color. Solid Spruce Top, Solid Mahogany body, One Piece Mahogany Neck with a Rosewood Finger Board and Bridge. The neck has 22 frets with very little fret wear. Truss Rod works as intended. The width of the Neck at the Nut is (1.6875”) or 1 & 11/16 inches and the action is very nice and easy to chord and note. Tuners appear to be high quality Schaller, Grover or Waverly Slotted Head Tuners. A small spacer bushing is missing on the “A” string tuning key between the tuner knob and the tuner body. The “A” string tuner turns fine and stays in tune without a problem. I tried to find a replacement bushing but, had no luck. I think the tuner will continue to function properly without any problems. These guitars are assembled in the USA or Canada from parts and components manufactured in the USA and Canada, according to the manufacturer. Structurally this guitar is in A1 condition. These are very high quality guitars and they are played by many professional musicians throughout the world. The Finish is actually very good for the guitars age. There are some dings on the body, the head stock (see Pictures) and there is some playing wear below the strings where a pickguard usually is on guitars. Note: these guitars DID NOT come equipped with a pickguard! When I got this guitar, the electronics did not work. The problem was super minor and only required replacing the battery box which was professionally done. This guitar will come in its original Gig Bag. The Gig Bag is in the condition it was when I got it. The Gig Bag is heavily padded and protects the guitar very well. The front outside pocket on the bag has several holes from years of wear and there is also a tear to the interior fabric in the headstock area, see the pictures. When new, the bag came equipped with double zipper heads, one for each end of the Bag. Only one works now. One zipper head came off the zipper on one side and will not zip but, it most likely can be fixed at a shoe repair shop??? I will leave the zipper repairs up to the next owner. The one zipper head works well closing the bag and keeping it closed and protecting the guitar.I will include with this guitar a new set of high quality strings (uninstalled).NO RETURNS AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!
