This is a 1940 A-50 Gibson in good playing condition. Th number is 1471F which you can see through the sound hoe. It has a replica pickguard since the old one had crumbled apart, it is has a ebony armrest that I put on to make playing a lot more comfortable. It has a few dings in the finish as well as some checking which is normal for this age of instrument and I have played it quite a bit though not in the last 6 months since i play very little anymore. It has Dogal strings that are made in Italy on it, they last 3 to 4 times longer than most others and stay in tune. These are the same as ultra lights which I only use on all my instruments.
