Broadwood Antique Boudoir Grand Piano with an Exquisite Burr Walnut Case C.1873 A beautiful John Broadwood & Sons antique boudoir grand piano made in London circa 1873, serial number 749. Exquisite burr walnut casework in superb condition, turned octagonal legs capped with ornate acanthus leaf carving, traditional lyre shaped wooden pedals, filigree music desk and sliding candle trays, twin hinged fallboard, 6 3/4 octaves, original 82 note keyboard, patent metal frame, 7 feet in length by 4 feet 6 inches wide. The instrument can still be played but would benefit from restoration to return it to its original playing standard. A stunning antique centrepiece that would grace any period property or establishment.
