This YAMAHA MODEL 674 Plays beautifully... clear and crisp in the high register, deep, rich sound in the lower register. Straubinger pad over haul about 3 years ago. Plays beautifully as is. There is a small tear in the skin of one of the pads, and will be replaced, prior to sending. I can include a minor tune up if requested. There are two very small dings, present when I purchased it. They are superficial and do not effect overall appearance or performance. I am selling as I am switching to oboe. I have played this flute for 6 years. Intonation, is excellent, action is quick and quiet. The EC head joint produces a rich and clear tone. SILVER : .925 sterling. I believe I the tube wall thickness is 0.14 or 0.16 mm.IF YOU PURCHASE THIS FLUTE YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!! The flute comes with a combination Flute/Piccolo backpack/shoulder bag. There is some glare on the photos, but overall presentation is good. There are some superficial scratches consistent with daily use. Buyer pays shipping. Will ship priority with insurance.
