**This Guitar has an Ebony fingerboard & bridge and therefore does not require a CITES certificate**1976 Guild X-500, Sunburst finish in very good condition and all original including the original case (with the exception of the pickup surrounds which are possibly replacements?). Serial: 146799. Weight: 7.9bs.The frets are in great shape and all hardware & electronics are in excellent working order. There are numerous small dings and scratches to the finish around the edges, particularly by the end of the tailpiece. The binding has a couple of small chips but is otherwise all intact. The back of the neck is clean, with only a few marks. The headstock is very clean with no breaks or repairs. Everything remains structurally sound.The X-500 is Fully Hollow it has maple back & sides, a single cutaway arched laminated Spruce top with f holes, Black pickguard, Ebony bridge, Trapeze tailpiece, bound Ebony fretboard with block inlays, 2 covered humbucking pickups; 2 volume, 2 tone controls with 3 position switch and master volume. Black headstock faceplate with Guild logo & 3 per side Guild Embossed Grover stye tuners.This guitar has been fully checked over & set up by my technician and is an all round excellent sounding and playing guitar. Manufacturer - Guild
