Up for sale is a Fender Stratocaster body from 1965. It was refinished in a thin coat of Lake Placid Blue nitrocellulose lacquer it looks beautiful in person. I tried to capture it as best as possible in the pics. Weight is 3 pounds 13 ounces. It seems someone tried to increase the size of the bridge pickup route, but gave up or changed their mind after removing less than half a centimeter in depth of material. This is shown in detail in the pictures. The trem holes seem to have been plugged before the refinish was done, so they'll need to be re drilled.The original sunburst finish and router marks are visible in the pickup routes, neck pocket, and trem route.
