Description Brand: Mosrite String Configuration: 6 String Model: Celebrity Exact Year: 1968 Series: Vintage Country/Region of Manufacture: United States Dexterity: Right-Handed
1968 Mosrite Celebrity. Serial #A0208. Guitar is in great shape for a 50-year old instrument. I've cleaned and polished everything and added a new set of strings. There is some expected finish cracking and a few finish nicks. The most noticeable is on the back-middle of the neck - I tried to show a close-up of this area - It's not deep and is barely noticeable when playing. There is some slight pulling away of the binding just above the top F-hole - Again, I tried to do a closeup and this is a very slight separation. Fingerboard and frets are in great shape. Case is vintage for a Mosrite bass - I wanted a perfect fit case, and this provides it, with just a little extra head space. Handle is replaced - pic attached. Everything on the guitar is original - only suspicious item was one phillips and one flathead screw on the pickguard. But, who knows, maybe that's the way they did it in 68? Thanks for looking!
