Selling an all original rare and vintage 1966 Epiphone Cortez small bodied acoustic guitar in excellent condition, including original case also in EC. In beautiful glowing sunburst. The only issue with the guitar is it has two small superficial cracks in the top near the upper bout above the sound hole (see pic.'s) that have been professionally stabilized so will not enlarge and do not affect sound or play-ability at all. Similar in construction, size and sound to Gibson LG 2, with cross bracing for superior resonance and sound, and it has a quite pronounced midrange with none of the boominess that many dreadnoughts produce. Records and plays very well. has a fairly small neck so would suit smaller hands, but the neck feels great, quite a full C shape.
