Meinl Weston 751 Phoenix Series Compensating Professional Euphonium (Silver) PROTOTYPE in INCREDIBLE CONDITION w/Case (FREE SHIPPING w/Insurance)Will entertain all offers! Happy to include other accessories (mouthpieces, etc.)! Prototype Meinl Weston 751! This horn is in amazing condition and comes with case. Featuring a completely new design of the body and the bell, the Meinl Weston 751 Phoenix is handmade at the Meinl Weston company in Geretsried, south of Munich. The bottom bow and the first branch are made of sheet metal for enhanced response. It was manufactured to artist specifications and is one of the few euphonium models with a hand made bottom bow. Valves and slides work perfectly and move smoothly and it plays wonderfully, with a round, centered tone that is mellow, but brilliant when needed. It is extremely versatile for any of your performance needs. As always, the item is sold as is.
