- solid bookmatched spruce top with elaborate multi-ply ebony-celluloide edge and binding , with inlayed purfling rings around the soundhole
- all solid unusual shaped Jumbo-style body, bookmatched back and sides made of best quality tonewoods, lower bout 40,4cm, center bout 24,5cm, upper bout 29cm, sides hight 7cm-8,5cm,
- straight tigerflamed maple neck with grafted-on ebony platet headstock, headstock with opening, ebony fingerboard with 21frets + zerofret, pearl dot inlays, original ebony nut, nut width 4,5mm,
- original 6pin ebony bridge, bone pins with abalone eyes (except one replaced). bone saddle
- original (high quality) tuners with gorgeous engraved plates, bone knobs and bone rollers
- original ebony strap pin
- sticker inside: Max Amberger im MünchenInside there is a handwritten notice at the soundboard: Ludw. LANGENECKER in MÜNCHEN 1914, Müllerstaße 27 aThe guitar is fully playable with for a historic guitar good string action (4mm (E1) on 12th fret)
In the top, cracks were well sealed/closed. In the back, there is a well sealed fine hairline crack, too (can not bee seen from outside) and one sealed crack to the sides.
Missing parts of the filigrane binding have been replaced. All the braces inside have been fixed.
There is small former repair (glued hairline crack)on the left side of the headstock, tooAll the repairs have been well done and have NO affect on playability or the very good tone of this fine piece. The fingerboard is showing very slightly signs of wear between the first three frets. The frets are showing no signs of playing and were rounded. The fingerboard was cleaned and oiled
