If you are looking then you probably know, these 90's Martins with solid spruce tops and laminated mahogany back and sides are getting harder and harder to find.  No one really wants to give theirs up.  Way better than the made in Mexico HPL and laminated necks that are the entry level martins of today. Just read the reviews, this model was a winner but even competed, sound wise, with the higher end Martins so Martin stopped making them.I have a beater Hoffman and this one just sounds too much like the Hoffman, and that says a lot because the handmade Hoffman is much more expensive. So I'm letting 'er go. The action is great with plenty of nut.  Here in MN when someone just let's the guitar sit in the case they start to dry out.  It looks like that's what happen to this near the neck.  No issues the cracks do not go through the wood and it's just cosmetic.  I thought there was a hair line crack developing on the top near the bottom but after properly humidifying the guitar I can't find any sign of it. Either can my "eagle eye" wife.  Keep it properly humidified and you will no issues. New D'addario strings just installed and I'm including a like new Road Runner case. Get a great USA made Martin DM  with hard shell case for a great price.
