RETURN POLICY: At Boxcar Guitars our goal is to derail all returns! We are happy to offer you a 48 hour approval period on all orders. Return arrangements must be made within 48 hours of receipt and must be authorized by Boxcar Guitars prior to shipment. All refunds will be less shipping costs both ways and applicable credit card and selling fees if applicable . Feel free to use your refund in-full on another guitar in stock. If you prefer a refund, a 20% re-stocking fee will apply.  Sale, clearance, demo, and NOS items are considered final sale and no refunds or returns are allowed on these items. All orders must be returned in the condition they were originally shipped. If any of the above criteria is not met Boxcar Guitars reserves the right to refuse the return or assess a higher re-stocking fee.
