violin by Grandjon pèreA fine French master violin branded 'Vuillaume' - c. 1900.
This is a very nice violin from the better work made in famous workshops in Mirecourt/France, made ca. 1900 (branded Vuillaume inside)
The choce of the selected woods is amazing !The maple back pattern is just stunning, the head - the headtstock - ribs .... the pictures say enough ..
Beautiful dark reddish/brown original oil varnish. This sounds is warm, open sound, powerfull and well-projected..
Length back: ca 357 cm (4/4 size). Pls also check my other instruments & bows - The violin comes with a certificate from our workshop.
