Most of the dings are on the edges. There are a few areas that are through the finish. The front and back of the guitar are relatively clean. Classic White finish set off with gold hardware. The guitar has a nice low action and the thin profile 5-piece maple/walnut neck with a rosewood fretboard has a great feel. The Tree of life inlay on the rosewood fretboard is sharp and the frets are in very good condition showing only light signs of playwear. The DiMarzio pickups have a great tone with plenty of output. Position 2, 3 and 4 use the single coil and have good rhythm tone while the neck and bridge pickups a are capable of searing lead tones. Looks plays and sounds great. Includes the original Ibanez Team J Craft hard shell case and the tremolo arm. Serial Number: F0621252Weight: 7 lbs. 11 oz. A formidable array of technical features specified by Steve Vai. A 25-1/2" scale and bolt-on neck joint get you lots of bass and treble response with a quick, precise attack. A 43mm nut provides comfortable string spacing and 24 jumbo frets deliver greater range while the recessed tremolo provides right-hand playing comfort and allows notes to be radically raised as well as lowered. The alder body produces clear, full-bodied vintage tone that serves all your needs from chunky rhythms to searing leads. A trio of screaming DiMarzio Evolution pickups (humbuckers at the neck and bridge with a custom single-coil in the mid position), coupled with Split-5 wiring give you all the tonal diversity you crave. 2006 Ibanez JEM7V Steve Vai Electric Guitar in overall very good condition but with a moderate amount of light scratches and dings. Most of the dings are on the edges.
