Fender 50th Anniversary Strat, vintage reissue, modeled after an original 1957 guitar. Faded blonde finish, gold hardware, white pickup - 'Mary Kaye' style. Neck plate reads '1957-2007'. Pickups are Fat 50s. Soft 'V' neck profile. This baby has been played and loved and has the tone and looks to prove it. The wear on the nitro finish is real, from real people playing real music, not a fake relic job. This guitar has been re-fretted, and the frets are in good condition with no significant wear marks on them. Set up well with medium-low action... easy to fret but no buzzes. There are marks and finish discoloration on this instrument. I describe all this freely because it's a used guitar, it's been played, you're welcome, it sounds better for it. Tone is bright and snappy, but with body - IMHO vintage-style truss rods makes for a much fuller/richer tone over the double-action truss rods on modern-styled strats. Comes with a Fender G&L case with beautiful blue plush lining. Exterior of the case shows wear and markings, one latch operates stiffly, interior is in excellent condition.
