Vintage 1961 1962 1963 Gibson ES-335 hard shell case. Black with yellow/gold interior. This case is in simply great shape - see photos for detailed view. All original. All latches work perfectly. This is the cleanest early '60s ES-335 case I have ever owned, or that I have even seen in person. Even the pull tab for the center accessory compartment is there. Shows some expected wear, on the interior lining, and to the outer tolex (some small dings here and here), but all things considered, this case shows minor wear for its age. The handle is original, although the handle's two halves are beginning to separate (it would be a very simple thing to glue it there, and to do a seamless looking fix to the handle, but I have chosen to leave the handle untouched). Bottom line, in my opinion: this is one of the cleanest, most original early '60s ES-335 case you will ever come across.
