Paramount Style B Tenor Banjo WML Lange The Grover tuning gears work smoothly, and the banjo sounds nice, even with the old strings! There is a badge inside that reads "Paramount Patented Piano Volume Harp Quality Tone Manufactured by WM. L. Lange New York, N.Y." Also stamped is "Patented 1348652" (see photos). This 1920's instrument is a quality banjo.Case is in good condition except for the handle, which has been replaced with a wire-wrap handle (see photos). Banjo plays beautifully. Bridge is in excellent condition. Drum shows signs of dirt and normal wear, but still in great condition as well. (See photos). Playable straight out of the case! Back is scuffed and scratched in a few places, also shows signs of normal wear (finish rubbing off, etc., see photos). Overall in excellent condition.
