HI Here we have a Gretsch G9241 Alligator Biscuit Roundneck resonator guitar in chieftain red.
This guitar is in very good condition as I purchased it New from Thomann only a couple of months ago and it has been well looked after. I have strung the guitar with a set of John Pearse pure nickel strings (12s) and together with the hot rod cone this guitar sounds even better than it did originally. I have changed the tuners for a set of Golden Age tuners that I purchased from Stew Mac (USA). They look so much better, but the original tuners are included in the sale as well. Also included is the correct Gretsch gig bag. I am also including a National hot rod cone into the deal, this alone would cost £80+
The hotrod cone is actually fitted in the guitar, i have tried to show the National shield logo in the close up photo of the resonator plate.
The photo of the cone on its own is of the original Gretsch ampli-sonic cone with pickup. Only selling to fund another guitar project. Thanks. BUY IT NOW price £399.00 Inc postage. With the extras i think that is very good value for money.
